What it is
We started in 2015, with a few people who wanted to explore Identity, Purpose, and Meaning — three things that don't come up much at work, and almost never with someone who sees the world differently than you. We still don't have a curriculum, a teacher, or an agenda. Whoever's at the table on a given Wednesday decides where the conversation goes, which means no two mornings look alike.
The people who show up don't have much in common on paper — different ages, different career paths and stages, different histories and backgrounds, different politics, different faiths. That's exactly what makes the conversation worth having. Nobody's there to agree with everyone else at the table.
How we keep it decent
- Keep it close to the heart. We talk about our own lives, not the news.
- Stories before opinions. How you got here beats what you think out there.
- Low ego, guard down. You probably won't spot the smartest person in the room.
- What's learned here leaves here; what's said here stays here. The lessons travel. The details don't.
- One conversation, fully present. Phones away. One voice at a time.

How you join
You come once as a Visitor. If you come back, you're a Member. That's the entire system — no application, no dues, nobody deciding whether you're in. We've run this way for over a decade and nobody's found a reason to complicate it.
